HOW DOES THE BYRON BAY RESPITE BOOKING PROCESS WORK?

  1. Complete our respite enquiry form
  2. Receive a quote from us.
  3. Once approved we will get funding approval.  If you are Plan Managed, we will seek approval through your Plan Manager. If you are Self Managed we will require documentation of available funding from you or your Support Coordinator.
  4. Upon approval of funding we will send you a Service Agreement to sign.
  5. Once signed we have all the official paperwork completed which locks in your dates.
  6. We will then confirm your respite booking and send you our Offerings Booklet which describes the Activities & Offerings in more detail so you can start feeling into what calls you for deeper exploration.
  7. We are now on the way to create something special for you.

Respite is available through your Core Support Funding.

  • The NDIS allows up to 28 days a year of respite.
  • A maximum of 14 days can be taken at one time.

Your respite approval will depend on your specific NDIS package and what funding you have available.

Your Support Coordinator can assist you in assessing what funding is available to you for respite or you can also contact your Plan Manager.

Our minimum requirement for a respite booking is 3 days.

Yes we can organise wheelchair accessible packages for you upon request.
